A whole vehicle for the luggage, or a chauffeured car for the passengers. Both are priced from the route we actually measure — origin, destination, distance, timing — so the number you see is the number you pay.

What can move a price

Distance. Measured on the real route, including any stops you add — never estimated.
Airport collection. Charged when the vehicle starts at an airport, because staging and waiting are real costs. Never charged for dropping you off.
Priority service. A short-notice booking costs more, capped, and always shown as its own line before you pay.
After hours. Late nights and early mornings carry their own line.
Minimum charge. Every market has a floor. When a short trip falls under it you see the top-up as a line rather than an inflated fare.

Larger and unusual

When a person prices it

Some movements should not be quoted by a machine, and we would rather say so than guess.

More than one vehicle. A load past the capacity of a single van is confirmed by a coordinator, with the vehicle count and the total.
Oversized items. Skis, instruments, equipment cases and trade-show freight are priced by hand.
Outside the service area. We will tell you rather than quote a journey we cannot staff.
Conventions and productions. Multi-day work is quoted as a whole.

In every one of these, your request is recorded with the route and dates you entered, and a coordinator comes back with a price. Nothing is charged while that happens.
